"I get my auto and my home insurance through State Farm and they’ve always been very prompt and business like. I had a very long talk with Kendra who is the office manager and it was extremely helpful. I was confused about payment because I had gotten a refund and I didn’t understand why. She was very very helpful and spent a lot of time with me and is very knowledgeable both about my insurance needs and also about how to look things up on the computer. Since I am technologically challenged, I appreciate that!"
